End-to-end pattern development for ZEEKR vehicle interiors and exteriors — from initial inspiration through physical sampling and supplier sourcing. UV printing across multiple substrates including brushed aluminium, microfibre, and acrylic, with wood veneer colour-matching developed directly for production suppliers. Rigorous material experimentation applied to every surface decision.
